Again there were over 60
entries for a print competition, giving judge Roy Shadrake LRPS a tough job on his first visit to South Reading Camera Club. Roy was faced with some quality images and had to be tough on some images as the standard was high, but this does show the depth of quality within the club, which is good news all round.
It’s always hard on a with a set subject; ‘have I interpreted the title correctly’ and ‘Will the judge know what and why I’m taking the image’ are questions that would have come into all our minds. However, the majority of members did not fall into the trap.
Well done to all placed members.
